Das Quartett besteht aus Dorothee Lindenbaum (Gesang, Bodhran) Mich Neumaier (Fiddle(s)), Alex Otto (Akkordeon, Banjo) und Michael Meyer (Gitarre, Gesang), die sich der Traditional-Irish-Music-Szene im Westen Deutschlands verbunden fühlen.

Thomas Gurke, der Gitarrist und Mitbegründer der Band, lebt temporär aus beruflichen Gründen in Minneapolis, Minnesota, USA.
TRiSIT plays traditional Irish and European dance music and songs. The quartet consists of Dorothee Lindenbaum (vocals, bodhran), Mich Neumaier (fiddle(s)), Alex Otto (accordion, banjo), and Michael Meyer (guitar, vocals), who are deeply connected to the traditional Irish music scene in western Germany.
